Advanced Level Aquacize
Utilizing the deep and shallow water, this class is total body conditioning and geared towards those who have been involved in water exercise for one year or longer.
Intensity level: High
Warm Water/Low Impact Aquacize
A low impact class set in the healing environment of warm water. Along with natural resistance from your body, water weights and noodles will be used to help to increase joint mobility, flexibility, develop balance, endurance, and strength and body tone.
Intensity level: Low
Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
