A workout that incorporates both athletic training and military basic training principles of exercise to whip you into shape. The participant will experience all components of physical fitness. The intensity level of this class is Medium/High.
Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
